As a Business Operations Consultant I specialize in analysing and improving business operations. I work across various teams within an organization to streamline processes, improve efficiency and achieve optimal performance.
My primary responsibility is to help companies improve operations through a deep understanding of their processes, statistics and industry best practices.
I am based in Prague, in the Czech Republic but have lived and worked internationally, and most recently in London. I am a native Czech speaker, fluent in English and can meet you for consultation in Prague, or by video-chat as required.
